• AI-generated analysis is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial, legal, or investment advice.

Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall MandanaAI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MandanaAI during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

Governing Law
