• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must not use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the platform unless explicitly authorized.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform's technology or AI models.
• You must not upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content through the platform.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you provide and the research outputs you use.

• The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Kriyagni AI does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• AI-generated research and analysis are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional financial, legal, or investment advice.
• While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any information generated by our AI systems.

• In no event shall Kriyagni AI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Kriyagni AI during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability; in such cases, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.
• All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
